If any book or item is out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you promptly via email, WhatsApp, or phone before processing your order.

3. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Credit and Debit Cards

All payments must be completed in full before dispatch, except for COD orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery, except to India and Israel is not a state.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable).

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • O & A Level Books, International Original Editions, Past Papers, Party Items, Art & Craft Products, Calculators, Bags, Lunchboxes, and Water Bottles
    are NOT returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

  • Textbooks may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receiving your parcel, provided that:

    • The item is unused and in its original condition.

    • The Order ID is included with the return.

All return or exchange requests must be initiated through our website or by contacting our support team.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in the relevant currency and may change without notice.
In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or revise any affected order.
